Wherever hand pallet trucks, pallet trucks and stacker trucks are in use today, mobile robots could be an alternative in future. Autonomous mobile robots (AMR) such as the Jungheinrich arculee are a smart solution for delivering quick, simple automation and thus improved dynamics within your warehouse. With their compact design, arculee mobile robots are the optimal solution for automated transportation within warehouses. Depending on how you wish to use the underload transport, you have two mobile robots to choose from: the arculee S and the arculee M. The arculee S is the perfect entry-level model for automating logistics processes using standardised transport tables. The arculee M is especially good at helping to transport loading devices such as pallets. The intelligent backpacks are suitable for all conventional pallet types and keep loads fully secure even at maximum speed. It can manoeuvre loads of up to 1,300 kg, and its compact design within the rotation radius of a Euro pallet is truly impressive. Both models easily integrate into existing systems and boost efficiency by means of an automated and streamlined material flow.
Integrated into your system landscape
Mobile robots from Jungheinrich can be used as a stand-alone system or as a networked system. In a stand-alone system, our trucks communicate with their peripherals via the mobile robots’ system (for example with high-speed doors or fire doors) and otherwise operate autonomously in your company. To fully map your end-to-end processes, we can also connect our networked system to an ERP system and thus integrate it into your IT landscape. This is made possible thanks to our award-winning Jungheinrich Logistics Interface.
If you already have experience with AGV or AMR in your company, we can also connect our mobile robots to corresponding systems via the standardised VDA 5050 interface.
